The participation fee is 80 EUR for active participants, 40 EUR for graduate students and passive participants. Participants who apply for student rates must bring their valid international student card or an official letter from their supervisors / institution and present it at the registration desk. (Participants who fail to do so will be charged the regular participation fee.)

When transferring the money, it is necessary to specify the sender's name (or the name of the person on behalf of whom the registration fee is paid) on the transfer slip, so that we can identify the sender (anonymous payments cannot be accepted). Please make sure that the full amount of the registration fee arrives on our account; all bank costs related to the transfer should be paid by the sender.

Furthermore, after transferring the money, please send a brief e-mail to Bernhard Brehmer (bernhard.brehmer@uni-hamburg.de), in order to confirm that the payment has been effected.

Active participants whose papers have been accepted already should transfer the participation fee by no later than July 15, 2008. Unfortunately, later payment cannot be accepted. In case of problems with transferring the money, please contact Bernhard Brehmer immediately. Please mind that in case of cancellations of accepted papers later than August 1, 2008 the participation fee will not be reimbursed.

Passive participants may transfer the fee to the account or pay the fee directly at the conference office. In either case, we ask you to send first a brief e-mail to Bernhard Brehmer (bernhard.brehmer@uni-hamburg.de) in order to register as a passive participant of the conference.

The participation fee covers the abstract booklet, other conference materials, refreshments and snacks.
